Capital deposits

A capital deposit collects a new company's share capital and produces the certificate it needs to register. Currently available in 🇫🇷 France.

It's the first step of company onboarding: you onboard the future company and its shareholders, deposit the capital, and get the certificate before the company is legally registered; once registered, the company is onboarded as an account holder.

How capital deposit fits

A capital deposit produces the certificate a new company needs before it can be onboarded as an account holder and receive its Swan account.
